Scirus Scientific Search Engine

Scirus, a science-specific search engine, searches over 450 million science-specific Web pages, enabling you to quickly pinpoint scientific, scholarly, technical, and medical data that other search engines may miss. Scirus filters out non-scientific information and sites; finds peer-reviewed and pre-print items, as well as conferences, patent information, and university/company/scientist websites; and allows you to refine, customize, or save your search results, or share them via email. Journals and organizations covered by Scirus include NASA, the American Physical Society (APS), Institute of Physics (IOP), LexisNexis, PubMed, and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM).
