To begin using EBSCOhost, visit the Library's home page, go to "Find..." on the left side of the page, click on "Databases", and scroll to "EBSCOhost - ...". Contact the library at 3-5761 for login information. This trial period ends on March 31, 2009.

Databases available during this trial subscription to EBSCOhost include:
Academic Search Complete - Academic Search Complete is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 6,100 full-text periodicals, including more than 5,100 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 10,100 journals and a total of more than 10,600 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 journals.

Business Source Complete - Business Source Complete is the world's definitive scholarly business database, providing the leading collection of bibliographic and full text content. As part of the comprehensive coverage offered by this database, indexing and abstracts for the most important scholarly business journals back as far as 1886 are included. In addition to the searchable cited references provided for more than 1,200 journals.
Environment Complete - Environment Complete offers deep coverage in applicable areas of agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, renewable energy sources, natural resources, marine & freshwater science, geography, pollution & waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning, and more. Environment Complete contains more than 1,957,000 records from more than 1,700 domestic and international titles going back to the 1940s (including 1,125 active core titles). The database also contains full text for more than 680 journals and 120 monographs.
GeoRef - GeoRef, produced by the American Geological Institute, is a comprehensive geosciences database containing over 2.8 million bibliographic records to the geoscience literature of the world. Over 3,500 journals are reviewed for indexing in the GeoRef database as well as books, maps, government reports, conference papers, and theses and dissertations.
Agricola - This database contains bibliographic records from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Library. Coverage for AGRICOLA dates back to 1970 and includes more than 4.1 million citations. The citations are comprised of journal articles, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports related to agriculture.
Inspec and Inspec Archive [Science Abstracts - 1898-1968] - Inspec, created by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, is the leading bibliographic database providing abstracts and indexing to the world's scientific and technical literature. Containing nearly 10 million records, Inspec provides coverage from over 3,800 journals, 3,000 conference proceedings as well as numerous books, dissertations, patents and reports. Inspec Archive – Science Abstracts 1898-1968 created by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, is the leading bibliographic database providing abstracts and indexing to the world's scientific and technical papers in physics, electrical engineering, electronics, and computing and control engineering.
MEDLINE with full text - MEDLINE® with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for medical journals, providing full text for more than 1,370 journals indexed in MEDLINE.
