Aeronautics eBooks
The amount of material being made available for e-book readers - including the Kindle (Amazon), the Sony e-Reader, and the Nook (Barnes & Noble) - is continually increasing. Books, magazines, blogs, and newspapers of all types are available for various e-readers; and that includes scientific and technical materials. Two titles recently made available in e-book reader format are "Apollo of Aeronautics: NASA's Aircraft Energy Efficiency Program, 1973-1987" by Mark D. Bowles and "X-15: Extending the Frontiers of Flight" by Dennis R. Jenkins. Both of these titles are available for download from the NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate website - if you have an e-book reader, try them out today!*Links provided are for convenience and information purposes only and are not a substitute for market research. Government employees should also consider other sources when making purchases.
